Be your Hero
This is a call to create your own story, to reinvent your beliefs and narratives, so you can become the Hero you have been waiting for. This is not therapy, this is training in self mastery, you’ll learn to own your thoughts, emotions, reactions and attitudes so you can embrace your life from a place of freedom and authenticity. You’ll regain control of your complacency and procrastination, exercise your presence and engagement in your relationships so you can love fully, commit to your purpose, and implement healthy rituals for your body and spirit.

Attune Partnership
Are you not growing in your relationship? Are you feeling stuck in your intimacy?
In order to have a fulfilled, passionate and loving relationship you need to have clarity on what you want and learn how to build it. You need to understand that love is a verb, an action that you take constantly to cultivate the feeling and belonging you are craving. As a couple you need to learn how to create agreements, to share honestly about your wants and desires, to have polarity between the masculine and the femenine and to have a vision that you can both commit to and own.

Lead your Pack
A team is a group of people that have shared commitments, shared standards and know how to stay coordinated to cultivate a sense of alignment towards their shared vision. Most leaders want this, yet they are unable to keep their team motivated, they struggle with deadlines, team members underdeliver and they think the way to fix it is hiring someone new. Even though sometimes we do need to hire a better fit, most times it is the lack of leadership skills that lead to teams being substandard performers. The leader’s effectiveness is measured not in his skills as a leader but in the team’s overall performance and results.
The way teams stay coordinated towards their commitment to a shared vision is through conversations, and it is the leader’s duty to know how to listen for the missing conversation, to be able to create the mood that allows the team to be effective in their dialogue, so then they can come together as a team with the strategy and actions towards the desired outcome. Most leaders become leaders because they were great performers, or they own the business, but it doesn’t mean they know how to lead.
